If you’re worried about venous disease complications, balk at the sight of your spider veins and varicose veins, and are looking for effective vein removal care, check out these vein removal options available to you at Fox Vein & Laser Experts:

Foam Sclerotherapy

Ideal for medium, large veins or less obtrusive veins, foam sclerotherapy is a safe and effective vein removal technique. During traditional sclerotherapy, a medicated solution is injected directly into the affected veins. When injected as a foam rather than a liquid, the solution can target some of the larger, underlying varicose veins that cannot typically be treated with sclerotherapy. The foam stays in contact with the vein walls longer and can be pushed and moved down the branch veins creating more irritation of the lining of the vessel walls, causing them to stick together and seal, rerouting the blood through healthy veins. While you may feel a sting at the injection site, foam sclerotherapy is not considered a painful technique and is minimally invasive.

Vein Ablation

Endovenous laser ablation, or vein ablation as it’s commonly called, uses a laser or light energy to cauterize and close varicose veins and venous insufficiency in the legs. Endovenous laser ablation involves inserting a very thin laser fiber through the affected vein via a needle hole. Since there is typically no incision, this leaves no scar and requires no sutures. This type of treatment has a 99% success rate for treating large varicose veins and venous insufficiency. In under 20 minutes, your unsightly varicose veins can be a thing of the past at Fox Vein & Laser Experts. You can also contact our Weston vein doctor for varicose vein treatment.

Ambulatory Phlebectomy

Typically an in-office procedure performed under local anesthesia, ambulatory phlebectomy removes medium to large-sized bulging varicose veins through tiny incisions in the skin. This type of procedure is ideal for patients who are experiencing discomfort due to unsightly, ropey varicose veins and venous disease and are looking for more immediate results.

If you’re unhappy with your spider or varicose veins, or if venous insufficiency and varicose veins are making your life uncomfortable.
